Really. The workspace’s owner pays one price for the workspace, and it depends only on the storage. Ten people or two hundred, the bill is the same.
Pay for 3 months and save 5%, 6 months and save 10%, a year and save 20%. A year of 20 GB is 11,510 EGP instead of 14,388. Renewing early adds the new months to the time you have left — nothing is lost.
Every new workspace gets 14 days free with 1 GB, with no card. Pick a plan whenever you are ready — your work stays exactly as it is.
Local debit and credit cards and mobile wallets, through a payment provider. Card details go to the provider, never to us — our database holds a subscription period and a reference, nothing card-shaped. Companies can ask for an invoice.
You get reminders two weeks, a week, three days and a day before. When the period ends, the workspace closes until it is renewed. Nothing in it is deleted: renew and it opens again exactly as it was, for everyone.
New uploads stop, and everything else keeps working. Move to a bigger plan from the workspace’s Administration page at any time.
Yes. Projects, issues, comments, attachments, labels and users come across from the tool you used before (projects on an .atlassian.net address) with their original keys and dates. Anything else comes in as a CSV file. It can be re-run to pick up changes without duplicating anything.
