Questions people ask first

What happens when a subscription ends?

You get a week of grace with everything still working, and a warning before and after the date. After that the workspace becomes read-only: you keep full access to everything you wrote, you just cannot add to it until you renew. Nothing is deleted.

Do you charge per person?

No. Adding a teammate or a client viewer never changes the bill on the Team plan.

Can I move my Jira projects over?

Yes. One command imports projects, issues, comments, attachments, labels and users from Jira Cloud, keeping the original created and updated dates. It can be re-run to pick up changes without duplicating anything.

How do I pay from Egypt?

Local cards and wallets, through a payment provider. Card details go to the provider, never to us — nothing about your card is stored on our servers.
